Engage to Innovate provided Constellation Rail (Downer and CRRC) with its ISCA and BS8903 sustainable procurement response strategies and supply chain plans.

Additionally Engage to Innovate provided the associated project management and procurement resources  and managed the $800 million procurement activity.

We provided project management and oversaw the development of all engineering and design deliverables associated with the bid.
