MELBOURNE HIGH CAPACITY METRO TRAIN ROLLING STOCK PPP TENDER

Our organisation provided all LIDP, WDP and ISCA sustainable procurement response strategies and supply chain plans for the Evolution Rail Consortium (Downer, CRRC and Plenary).

This extensive assignment also included providing resources and running $600m of procurement tendering and the design of an integrated global supply chain for the supply of the train fleet.

A key aspect of the HCMT Local Industry and Workforce Development Plans developed was the targeting of some of Victoria’s hardest hit regions and towns. Supply chain opportunities and industry skills development opportunities were identified for areas such as West Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat.

Engage to Innovate also project managed and ran all supply chain engagement and subcontractor Request for Tender processes.

More recently we provided assistance with the mobilisation of supply chain, procurement and local industry monitoring and reporting activities, and initiatives.
