The team at Engage to Innovate developed and provided the FABJV Consortium (Ferrovial, Acciona and BAM International) all of its WD&IP and ISCA sustainable procurement bid proposal response strategies and written plans for the EOI (Expression of Interest) phase of the A$2.1 billion project.

These strategies and plans included the development of preliminary Industry Engagement Plans, Aboriginal Participation In Construction Plan (APIC) and Workforce Development, Disadvantaged Employment Plan and Diversity Plan submissions.

In addition, we developed the training curricula which included induction, safety and diversity programs.
